Our Programs

All training programs are progressive & customized to meet the individual or team goals based on a pre-training assessment of strengths and weaknesses.

TEAM TRAINING:

Prepare your team for the upcoming season by having them train together. In addition to them increasing their athleticism  this type of training also increases team bonding.

 


AGES 7-11: MOTOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Designed to set the foundation for your young athlete by correcting body positioning and movement patterns.

This type of training improves coordination, running technique, body weight  strength, first step quickness, flexibility and injury prevention



AGES 12-18: SPEED, STRENGTH and POWER  DEVELOPMENT

Designed to MAXIMIZE  ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE by adding speed, strength and power training   

This type of training improves SPEED, increases STRENGTH, improves MOBILITY, develops ENDURANCE and decreases susceptibility to injury

 


COLLEGE PREP:

Designed specifically to challenge the collegiate athlete in preparation for their upcoming season and competing against some of the best athletes in their sport.  Program design is advanced  and includes the consultation of  collegiate Strength and Collegiate Coaches across the country.
